LOCATION
The Weekend of Hell takes place at the Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf – Neuss. The venue offers short walking distances, air-conditioned rooms, and plenty of opportunities to connect with fellow horror fans or simply relax during breaks. From exciting panels and autograph sessions to chillingly fun photo ops – you’ll find everything under one roof!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & FACTS
To help make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we have put together some important information for you here.
CLOAKROOM & BAGS
A cloakroom is available on site. As there may be longer waiting times, especially at the beginning and end of the event, we recommend bringing only what you really need.
This will help ensure that entry runs as smoothly as possible for all guests.
CARD PAYMENTS & ATMs
Card payments are accepted for purchases of €15 or more. However, we still recommend bringing some cash, as card payments rely on an internet connection and occasional disruptions may occur due to high network usage during the event.
The nearest ATM is located at Rheinpark-Center Neuss, Breslauer Str. 2–4, 41460 Neuss.
FOOD & DRINKS
Unfortunately, bringing your own food and drinks into the hotel is not permitted. However, you can leave them in your car and step outside at any time.
Food and drinks will also be available for purchase at the hotel.
GETTING THERE
The hotel is easily accessible by public transport.
From Düsseldorf Central Station, take the S8 or S11 S-Bahn to Neuss Central Station. From there, a short taxi ride or bus 842 or 854 will take you directly to the hotel.
Getting there from the airport:
Düsseldorf Airport (DUS) is only around 20 minutes away. The S11 takes you directly from the airport to Neuss Central Station without having to change trains. From there, continue as described above – quick and easy.
PARKING
The Crowne Plaza Düsseldorf-Neuss offers an underground parking garage as well as a large outdoor parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. The outdoor parking lot is located directly opposite the event entrance.

SMART GLASSES & RECORDING DEVICES
Wearable devices that allow images and/or audio to be recorded discreetly are prohibited and not permitted anywhere on the event premises at our We Love Conventions events.
This includes, in particular, smart glasses with an integrated camera and/or recording function (e.g. Meta Smart Glasses), as well as comparable wearable recording devices of any kind.
Personal encounters at our events should remain exactly that: personal. Our guests, staff and visitors should feel comfortable without being recorded without their knowledge or consent.
In the event of a violation of this rule, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. Unauthorized use of such a device will result in immediate removal from the event without prior warning.
